We received good news this week. Our Cook County property tax bill was reduced by 34%, thanks to the excellent work by Dimitrios Trivizas.

I did not expect our appeal to be very successful, but I knew if anyone could do it, Dimitrios could, because he has been able to get his clients over $44 million in tax savings and refunds.

Dimitrios P. Trivizas is a Property Tax Relief & Tax Savings Attorney. Our firm approaches clients’ property tax liabilities from an analytical perspective.

Congratulations to Team Palestine and their Manager Guillen JR on winning the Lincoln Cup 2023. They beat Pakistan 5-3.

I had the pleasure of announcing the play-by-play for the game from the Press Box, which reminded me of Harry Carry. Such a unique and fun experience.

This game only happended after all the hard work by Palestine Olympic Committee Executive Board Member Amani Shannak Ghouleh; Team General Manager Abed Elghouleh; Kayed Yasin, and all efforts of the organizers.
