For anyone concerned about seeking medical attention due to fear of immigration enforcement, please read the following from ICE’s website: “Consistent with its sensitive locations policy, during the COVID-19 crisis, ICE will not carry out enforcement operations at or near health care facilities, such as hospitals, doctors' offices, accredited health clinics, and emergent or urgent care facilities, except in the most extraordinary of circumstances. Individuals should not avoid seeking medical care because they fear civil immigration enforcement.”

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by the COVID-19 National Emergency. While this matter of public health is addressed, we will continue to serve you in a manner consistent with your health and legal concerns. As such, we will be available to help new and existing clients during this crisis. We can minimize the need for in-person meetings as we are equipped and able to handle most matters electronically.

While the current situation persists, in-person contact will only be required where it is an absolute necessity. The safety and health of everyone involved is of the upmost concern to us.
