Felicidades a nuestra cliente que aplico para una Visa-U y en permiso de trabajo en el 2020. Ya había esperado 3 años y Inmigración no mandaba el permiso de trabajo. Archivamos una demanda en contra de Inmigración por no mandar el permiso de trabajo y en 3 meses ya mandaron el permiso de trabajo. A veces es necesario demandar a inmigración para que hagan lo que debían de hacer. El litigio no es aplicable en todos los casos pero en este fue de gran éxito. Hoy acompañé a un cliente a su entrevista de naturalización. Pasó todas las pruebas y prestará juramento para convertirse en ciudadano estadounidense. Estoy muy feliz por él y su familia. Fue un proceso largo con obstáculos en el camino, pero va lograr ser ciudadano después de estar aquí por más de 30 años. No podemos perder la esperanza.

Today, I accompanied a client to his naturalization interview. He passed all the tests and will take the oath to become a U.S. citizen. I am so happy for him and his family. It was a long process with a bumps in the road but he will now become a citizen of this country after being here for more than 30 years. We can’t lose hope.
