QUE ES UNA VISA DE INMIGRANTE?
What is an IMMIGRANT VISA?
An Immigrant Visa is what we call it when a person goes to the US Embassy in their country for an interview in order to obtain their U.S. Legal Permant Residency aka Green Card after being petitioned for by a family member or Employer.
THIS DOES NOT EFFECT NON-Immigrant Visas such as tourist visas, work visas, etc.
It is EXTREMELY important that before you go to your interview if you are a national of one of these countries to speak with an immigration attorney BEFORE attending your appointment.
