I Love this Quote!

I remember back in 2021 I went to a RE summit in Vegas. And we got a chance to get on the mic and ask questions.

This was the first time in a long time since the start of the pandemic, I wasn't at the restaurant helping my mom. Both of us were working 7 days a week fighting to keep things going.

[4/36] 💥 Vulnerability is a Superpower 💥

Vulnerability is something we often avoid discussing because it’s uncomfortable, tied closely to feelings of shame. And let’s be honest—we all experience shame in one form or another. For entrepreneurs, it often comes as feelings of lack, failure, or disappointment. We get so dissatisfied with our progress that some of us even think about quitting. 😔

In 36 days for my 36th birthday I have a BIG HAIRY AUDACIOUS GOAL! 🎯

I will be hosting a 5 Day Challenge to help as many real estate agents, investors, and entrepreneurs. Who struggle to break 6 figures in their RE business.

The path towards financial freedom is often lonely. We are working to build our dream life, and often ignore our own mental heath, our own emotions in pursuit of this goal.

We grind and grind and grind and at times our efforts pale in comparison to our actual progress. We keep silent to our failures, and rarely share our weaknesses, and I believe this is what's stopping us from getting to our next level!

It feels good to share our successes, but we don't like to talk about our failures, our flaws, our weaknesses in fear of being perceived as inferior. Because who wants to do business with a loser right???

Wrong!!! That's exactly what we need to do as entrepreneurs we to need allow ourselves to step back and acknowledge the things are holding us back.

It's absolutely crucial for us to give space and to be vulnerable. Because it takes courage to admit when you are struggling. And that's okay because the first step to solving any problem is acknowledging that there is one.

This is where the REAL work begins. The INNER work.

Because everything that is stopping you from succeeding is YOU, but the Amazingness and most Beautiful part about ALL of this.
Is that everything you need to SUCCEED is within YOU.

I actually failed 3 times but I eventually WON a ticket to go compete against some of the best speakers in this country.
