On March 14, DWK joined Illinois State Bar Association in Springfield, Illinois, for the 2026 ISBA High School Mock Trial Invitational. Over the course of the two-day event, students from 56 Illinois high schools argued cases in a courtroom setting. DWK Partner Theresa Lechner and Associate Michele Moreschi participated as jurors, offering valuable feedback and encouragement to the students. The Invitational is one means by which ISBA creates opportunities for students to engage in realistic legal experiences. DWK continues to wholeheartedly support ISBA in this endeavor.
