🎯Firm client, Glas, achieves milestone FDA authorization!

Marshall Gerstein is proud to have assisted Glas in securing the intellectual property for the technology underlying its electronic ni****ne delivery system (ENDS) products, which the U.S. Food and Drug Administration authorized on March 12 and May 5, 2026. This is the first such authorization for non-tobacco, non-menthol ENDS products in the United States.

This result reflects years of careful research and development that led to innovation and patent-protected technology designed to restrict underage access, including age verification and device authentication features.
