This one is definitely one for the books!

A little recap… they fell in love with a home that was already under contract. I made them a promise I would do everything on my end to create an opportunity and make it happen.

Got to work, and with the help of my guy Justin Rodriguez, we were able to open that door, get them under contract… and today, it’s officially theirs!

Not only did they secure their dream home… they walked away from closing with money back 💰

Now tell me… who goes to closing, gets the keys, AND gets money back?!
