Schutz Law LLC is pleased to announce the settlement of $1,200,000 for a client who suffered full-thickness rotator cuff and labral tears requiring two surgeries, aggravation of L5-S1 disc herniation, and a concussion necessitating neurological treatment from a rear-end car crash. Prior to the lawsuit, the defendant offered $325,000, but our client trusted our office and filed suit based on our recommendation.
