It is typical for attorneys to lean into the stereotype of being “technically” challenged.

But because we are in a data driven area of law, and are constantly pushing toward giving our clients the best service imaginable, I’ve been learning Data Science, Data Analysis, and Python on Codecademy.

As a client focused firm, our ultimate goal is to develop the best algorithm possible for saving our clients money.

But we’re also striving to become one of the most tech savy, data driven firms in the space.

It’s complex, challenging work. And it’s slow going. But with consistent effort there is consistent progress. And it has been one of the most enriching projects I’ve ever taken on.

The Cook County Assessor has just announced that filing for tax exemptions opens in early March. Do not miss out on saving real money! Go to this link https://www.cookcountyassessor.com/news/homeowners-find-out-which-property-tax-exemptions-automatically-renew-year to get a sense of which exemptions you may qualify for. Unfortunately, the Assessor does not allow us to incorporate this process into our appeals, and it is something you have to do on your own.
