Chambers USA 2026 is out, and we’re pleased to see Fitch Even recognized once again among Illinois’ leading intellectual property firms.

We’re also excited to see partner Calista Mitchell recognized as a notable practitioner in IP law.

One of the things we appreciate most about Chambers is that the rankings are based largely on interviews with clients and peers. It’s always rewarding to hear how our work impacts the people and companies we serve.

Congratulations to Calista and the entire Fitch Even team.

In May, we were proud to celebrate Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month.

In our Chicago office, we marked the occasion with a guided introduction to Mahjong, led by The Social Tiles. A traditional game with deep cultural roots across many Asian communities, Mahjong reflects themes of strategy, connection, and community, bringing people together across generations and cultures. We also enjoyed lunch from Lotus Banh Mi, a local Vietnamese American–owned restaurant.

Celebrating traditions like these helps foster greater understanding, inclusion, and appreciation across our firm and beyond.

🕯️ A haunted evening in London…

We carried on a longstanding tradition with an unforgettable night of trademark lawyers visiting ghostly places, bringing together friends, old and new, from around the world for an evening of historic intrigue, eerie storytelling, and memorable connections.

Each year, this signature gathering has attorneys experiencing a different city’s spooky side. London certainly delivered, maybe even overdelivered on the ghastly details.

It was a hauntingly good time. 👻
