"While my mother was in hospice, I needed legal advice. I called her attorney to see if I could pay him for advice, but after he yelled at ME when he realized he hadn't done her Power of Attorney or Healthcare Directive, I hung up and never got the legal advice I needed... and I was scared to call another attorney because of cost.
