$74.90 membership sale pays $82 commission the next day, at the beginning Associate level. This advanced commission excites people because many people have bills, and they can have a few friends watch the overview video and sign up… and so that as often as they want. They don’t have to recruit and lead a team if they don’t want to scale and have leverage. Some people just want to sign up some customers. Or some might want to bring LegalShield membership into companies as an employee benefit and get big numbers of sales at one time.

I am big on recruiting and building teams. I love the leverage, the team culture, and the relationships. But our model is great for whatever someone wants. And that $82 commission is for a beginner. You can sell your way up to over $427 per sale (or via team). And don’t forget, residuals kick in month 13 and last for the lifetime of every member on the service. With a high retention rate, this can be tremendous.

You’ll never be pressured to buy more than one membership and spend more money, because you’re not even allowed to get but one. No pressure. Not burden. Just be a member, refer others, teach others to do the same if you want. No income promises or projections needed, it’s attractive enough for what it is. Someone can do math and figure out potential. And by the same math, those who sell nothing make nothing. But isn’t it just a blessing to be able to have such a great opportunity to do with what you want?

"I went to renew my drivers license in California and was told I couldn't because there was a hold on my account in North Carolina. 😮 Called the NC DMV and was told my license was suspended for outstanding fines from a ticket I got 3 years prior in Kannapolis, NC (a city I've never been to).

Someone used my drivers license, plead guilty in court as me, then never paid their court fines, which led to a warrant for me in NC! 😳 The DMV told me I'd need to pay the fines to drive legally or hire a lawyer in NC if I wanted to fight it!

I hung up feeling pretty relieved that I do actually have lawyers in North Carolina thanks to LegalShield, but for this I used my IDShield and got connected with an awesome licensed investigator. He did some research, made some calls, got me connected with the right people and within 1 week I was driving again legally and it all cost me $0. My investigator took another week to clear up the warrant in NC.

I love my LegalShield & IDShield! Without them, what would I have done -- fly across the country to hire a lawyer? It would have been cheaper to just pay the fines. The cop I spoke with in NC along the way to verify some info said he hoped ‘my investigator’ didn't cost me too much because he was awesome!

"Our member called because her mortgage had been transferred to a new servicer, which was raising payments to make up for the zero escrow balance. A review of her closing documents showed that the original mortgage company got an escrow payment, but when the mortgage had been transferred, the new servicer noted 'zero escrow balance'. The other monthly statements revealed the original mortgage company had zeroed out her original escrow received from the closing, for unknown reasons. “I’d been a captive agent with an insurance company I worked for, but when the agency owner transferred all my clients to new agents to service because he wanted me to go out and sign up new companies, I knew I couldn’t stay there. I resigned and began offering LegalShield & IDShield to my existing insurance groups.

When I applied for a license, my name showed up in the national registry and my former company saw it. I got a call from the Sr. VP of my old Insurance company, and he said my working with LegalShield was a conflict of interest, and I had to stop because the No Compete clause in my contract stated I could have NO contact with any insurance client for two years after I quit.

Well, I wasn’t just selling LegalShield, I was a subscriber, so I called my Provider Law Firm. My attorney called and spent 45 minutes with me, poring over my agent contract. When he discovered the contract was written in Texas, he said he’d contact the Texas Provider Firm. The next day, I got a call from an attorney from Texas who also spent a good deal of time with me, reviewing the contract and asking questions. The TX attorney called me many times over the next week, letting me know she was consulting with partners, looking for precedent cases, and keeping me informed of the status. Talk about service!

In the end, she said there was NO WAY my old insurance company could enforce the no compete because of how it was written, and she told me that if it came down to it, they’d defend me in a court of law.

It may not seem like a big deal to some, but my livelihood was a very big deal to me.

What did 6 lengthy consultations, attorney research, contract review and advice cost me? Nothing more than the cost of my monthly subscription.

"A car accident one year followed by a nearly fatal crash a few months later left my mom with multiple complications. One was severe pain in her hip, limiting her movement and completely eliminating her physical activity.

After months of doctors appointments and physical therapy we decided to try deep laser treatment. I applied for Care Credit and booked her for 12 sessions. Then, Covid showed up and interrupted her treatment - all appointments stopped.
