Ott Law Group has been very busy since we last checked in. In recent weeks, we have opened many new car accident files for our very deserving clients in both our Chicago and Valparaiso, Indiana offices. Several of those new files have also been bicycle/pedestrian versus motor vehicle accidents, including a new wrongful death matter in our Chicago office where a commercial truck struck and killed our client. It is very crucial in the early stages of theses types of cases to conduct a thorough investigation and gather as much info as possible for the benefit of our clients. In certain cases, we are even called upon to go a step further and retain experts, sometimes at high cost, to analyze the scene of a crash, gather important data, and give our clients the same edge that the large insurance companies provide when defending these cases. Remember, the insurance companies are prepared to fight for their clients, and so are we.
