Seeking: Experienced Grant Writer & Administrator

To this end, we are in search of a proficient Grant Writer & Administrator to ensure our financial endeavors are both fruitful and streamlined.
🎯 Scope of Work:
🔹Formulate guidelines on reconciliation, reporting, recording, and payment procedures (handling no more than 40 transactions a month).
🔹Identify potential grant opportunities, manage application processes, and oversee the administration of acquired grants.
🔹Design a systematic and repeatable process for grant acquisition, ensuring continuity and efficiency in our endeavors.
🔹Oversee and manage all obligations, reporting, and compliance associated with our existing grants.
💡 Desired Qualities:
Extensive experience in grant writing, application, and administration.
Familiarity with corporate financial policies and procedures.
Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Demonstrated ability to secure grants for similar entities.
Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
🔍 Mandatory Requirements:
May not be banned from receiving state or federal funds
Must possess a DUNS Number (Not required if contractor is an individual)
Must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (Not required if contractor is an individual)
Must have a CAGE Code (Not required if contractor is an individual)
📩 Proposal Submission:
Interested candidates are invited to submit a comprehensive bid which should include:
1. Proposed cost/fees
2. Timeline for project completion.
3. Portfolio or past experiences related to grant writing and administration.
4. Recommendations or references from previous employers/clients.
5. A proposed strategy or approach for our specific needs.
