In remembrance of my father, Mike Royko, we will be sharing some of the columns and articles that are being published on the 25th anniversary of his passing. I hope you enjoy reading them. Here at The Royko Group at L&G, we understand the value of family, advocacy, and the written word - and I hope this gives you a glimpse at my family's history, my dad's desire to advocate for his fellow Chicagoans, and some appreciation for journalism here in Chicago.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to share some exciting news. Today we are announcing that The Royko Group is joining L&G Law Group LLP and will now be known as The Royko Group at L&G.

By joining L&G, The Royko Group at L&G will have more resources and a stronger team to stand up and fight for our clients. L&G Law Group is a sixty-attorney law firm with offices in Chicago, Florida, Arizona, and London who provide a wide range of services.

L&G aligns with our philosophy of recognizing that every client is unique and tailoring our services to each client’s needs. We will continue to be creative, solution-driven, and focused on finding solutions before trial while also preparing winning strategies for the courtroom. By joining L&G, we will have more resources available to provide even greater support to our clients as they build their businesses and fight for what they believe. We will continue to be responsive, effective, efficient, and focused on offering our clients great value.

We will still have the same attorneys, Alyssa, Matt, Zach, and Corky, providing services, but we will be adding a range of new services including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, medical malpractice, and family law. We will now be a full-service shop that can address all your legal and advising needs.

We are excited about what this means for our firm and most importantly our clients. If you have anything we can assist with, please let us know. And most importantly - we appreciate your continued support!

He is proud to be part of the search for answers regarding public safety in Chicago and he hopes his work in the community will help create a better Chicago for all.
