Last Mitrick born, last Mitrick out. I locked the door on my childhood home for the last time this week. Homewood Flossmoor will always have a piece of my heart. I can’t imagine growing up anywhere other than California Ave. Thank you to the village that raised me.

Armed with a beautiful necklace engraved with my mother’s handwriting, I did an incredibly difficult thing today. I had a photoshoot for my new listing at my childhood home. If these walls could talk…they would tell you about all the laughter and love this home shared with my family. It would tell you about the courage and strength it sheltered and all the unforgettable memories. Hopefully, it would not share the epic parties we may or may not have thrown in high school. Can’t wait for the next chapter on California Ave. .well

Did you know that I work with the best real estate team in Chicago? Seriously, a powerhouse of unstoppable agents with dedication I’ve never seen. Slightly biased, as I happen to be related to these savy realtors! Real estate seems to run deep in the Mitrick family. Lucky and thankful for my team that has become family and for family I could not be more proud to work with.

**BEST BIRTHDAY EVER**
I say that every year on my birthday, but today truly feels unforgettable. 🙏10.22.2020 will forever be one of my favorite days to celebrate. Today, my sister and her beautiful family closed on this dreamy home in Mokena. It’s perfect, just like them. The minute we stepped inside I knew they were meant to be here. We’ve shared laughter and tears throughout this process and now I can’t wait to help them fill this home with new, happier, wonderful memories. No one deserves this more than they do. The greatest compliment for me as an agent has always been referrals but helping my own family find the perfect home has been one of the best experiences in my career. Welcome Home my loves!!🏡
