The increase in trademark registration scams over the past few years has been astonishing. Nearly every week, I'm being contacted by someone who has fallen victim to one of these scams and lost hundreds (if not thousands) of dollars. I encourage all current and aspiring trademark owners to carefully read the helpful information provided by the USPTO regarding these scams:

The USPTO has systems to protect trademark owners and innovators from fraud, theft, and abuse. We investigate to see whether the behavior is intended to defraud our customers and the integrity of the trademark register.

My bachelor party in Scottsdale was awesome! Hiking, eating, drinking, and lounging at the rooftop pool pretty much sums it up. And I took my first ride in a Waymo! Thank you to my brother, friends, and groomsmen for making my bachelor party a fun and memorable one.

So, from a trademark standpoint, who owns the nickname "ICEMAN" (my vote is actually the Marvel character and founding member of the X-Men):

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams and Basketball Hall of Famer George Gervin are in a trademark dispute over the "Iceman" nickname, which Gervin claims he has used since 1979.
