Hi All,
I was hoping that my alma mater (Siena) would pull off an upset against Duke. While they played a great game they came up short (65-71). That made me a little sad.

Want to know what's currently happening in the Morris County real estate market?
HERE IS WHAT WE KNOW;
The market is stable and definitely favoring sellers.
While the median sale price is above $650,000, million dollar listings are not uncommon, with long-term price momentum and values up approx. 8-10%.
Inventory remains constrained and active listing down roughly 6%.
This limited supply supports pricing and competitive bidding.
Homes are selling relatively quickly (in approximately 21-33days) and many homes sell above list price.

THE OUTLOOK:
The market is expected to remain tight due to limited supply and strong suburban demand.
The inventory shortage should keep prices relatively stable through the 2026 spring market.

THE BOTTOM LINE is that Morris County is transitioning from an overheated market to a balanced but still supply-limited environment, with modest price growth, continued buyer competition for quality homes.
