Congratulations to my sellers, Luke and Haylee! 🏡🎉

Thank you both for trusting me throughout this entire process and giving me the opportunity to help sell your home. It was a longer journey than expected, but we stayed consistent, worked through every obstacle, and found the right buyer for this property.

This transaction was a great reminder that real estate isn’t always smooth sailing. There were challenges along the way, including repairs that needed to be addressed to keep the deal together. Sometimes that means getting creative and doing what’s best for your clients. In this case, everyone worked together to make sure we got to the closing table successfully.

SC Housing is increasing income limits starting June 1, which means MORE buyers may qualify for down payment assistance and affordable homeownership programs.

Some buyers could qualify for up to $10,000 in forgivable assistance to help with down payment and closing costs.

This could open the door for families who previously thought they made “too much” to qualify. 🔑

Such a sweet day at Strawberry Hill 🍓 Tahj got to pick fresh strawberries, learn how they grow, and make memories we’ll both remember forever. The homegrown strawberries were SO good ❤️
