Emily is an elder law and estate planning attorney with over a decade of experience helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most important and vulnerable moments. She earned her J.D. from Regent University School of Law and is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law.

Beyond her impressive credentials, Emily is deeply rooted in our community. She serves as Chair of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Virginia State Bar, is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and volunteers with the Virginia Legal Aid Society's Pro Bono Panel.
