Another TWO closings to celebrate ππ‘
Both of these deals came with their own unique challenges, delays, moving pieces, and moments where we had to get creative but thatβs what makes getting to the closing table even more rewarding.
The first property in Downtown Newport News required us to utilize one of my favorite strategies - PML financing - along with navigating the additional layers that come with a DSCR loan on the backend. There were definitely some hiccups and a lot more back and forth than expected, but everyone stayed committed to finding solutions and pushing it across the finish line. Deals like this are a reminder that teamwork and persistence really do matter.

The second property was another true team effort. Since the property was church-owned, we had to work through petitions, multiple approvals, and 6 required signatures before we could even move things forward. Our initial buyers backed out once they realized the process involved, but in the end it worked out exactly how it was supposed to. We found the perfect fit, and with everyone staying dedicated and patient throughout the process, we successfully made it happen together.
