Here is how ODU avoids play in game. Troy sweeps App State at Troy. Georgia Southern wins at least two of three from Jmu at Georgia Southern. We Sweep Georgia State at ODU. It's not impossible. Coastal, Southern Miss, Louisiana, and Troy (Texas State plays ulm and they hold tie breaker with us?) are in...if that happens. We move into 6th with tie breaker over Georgia Southern.. Beware new construction home buyers: Site agent is not on your side. They are there to represent builder, period. Builder will cut corners to save money. Have an inspection before you close. ATTIC, CRAWL ETC. DONT BELIEVE YOU HAVE ANY LEVERAGE AFTER CLOSING.....DON'T CLOSE IF HOME IS NOT RIGHT. CHECK HVAC SIZE AND MAKE SURE ITS BIG ENOUGH TO HANDLE SQUARE FOOTAGE, CEILING HEIGHTS EXPOSURE..ETC. BUILDER WILL USE MINIMUM SIZE EQUIPMENT TO PASS CODE..ASK 100 QUESTIONS OR HAVE YOUR AGENT DO SAME. Don't go to a new home site without representation and hold your agent accountable. It cost you Zero Extra..IF YOU LET SOMETHING GO, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM WHEN YOU SELL. Most home inspection issues ten years from now, existed when you moved in, day 1!!!!! Get copies of everything!
