I have a little confession....I LOVE 1ST-TIME HOMEBUYERS. Like...a little too much. Because they come with questions; A LOT of questions, such as "what is escrow", "what is contingency", "am I supposed to know what I'm doing right now?" and I appreciate it because I was definitely a "why, mommy, why" child.
So YES, ask me EVERYTHING! My job isn't to open doors and hand you keys. I'm here to hype you up, protect your peace, and talk you off the ledge all the way to the keys.
I'll explain the confusing things, celebrate the little wins, and be there when the process gets stressful, and absolutely remind you to STOP FALLING IN LOVE WITH THE KITCHEN BEFORE WE EVEN RUN THE NUMBERS! Buying should feel exciting and not terrifying. So if you've been sitting there thinking about where to start, come talk to me and we will figure it out together.
And YES, I will probably celebrate that first set of house keys harder than you do :).
First-time buyers, I'm your hype woman, your voice of reason, the one cheering you on from "Can I do this?" to "OMG, I have the keys!"
