Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) aka Repetitive Stress Injuries (RSIs) are often caused by work related activities compounded over many days, week, months and years. These include: Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendonitis, Tension Neck Syndromee, Trigger Finger/Thumb, DeQuervain’s Syndrome, Degenerative Disc Disease.
