You don't fully appreciate the view from this one until you step out onto the deck.

Perched above Chehalis, this home looks out across the valley and surrounding hillsides—and the house was clearly designed to take advantage of it.

Large windows keep the scenery present throughout the main living spaces, while two expansive decks create completely different places to step outside, slow down, and take it all in.

For the video, we tried to capture that same sense of openness—moving between the home, the decks, and the landscape beyond rather than simply walking through a list of rooms.

Sometimes the story of a property is pretty simple. This one was all about the view.

This one was a little different—and such a fun property for our team to showcase. Located in an upscale airpark with direct taxiway access to Ed Carlson Memorial Airport, this custom Craftsman rambler offers something you don’t come across every day: the opportunity to live where your airplane is just steps from home.

Set on 1.34 acres with aircraft tie-downs already in place and room for a future hangar, this 3,045-square-foot home combines Northwest style with thoughtful spaces for everyday living, entertaining, guests, and multigenerational living.

Sometimes, it only takes a few minutes to capture the feeling of a place. ✨

For a recent real estate listing in Castle Rock, we were asked to create a lifestyle video that showcased not only the property, but the community surrounding it. We spent a little time exploring downtown, capturing the riverfront walkway, local shops, and this charming spot, Vault Books & Brew. 📚☕

Even with a short window on-site, we were able to capture enough authentic moments to tell a story about the business — from the cozy atmosphere and bookshelves to the coffee, details, and welcoming team. The employees were incredibly kind and willing to jump in and be part of the video, which made capturing those genuine moments even easier.

While this video was created as part of a real estate marketing project, it reminded us how much we love creating **story-driven branding content for local businesses.**

Every once in a while, a property gives us an excuse to completely rethink how we make the video. This was definitely one of them. ✈️

This custom Craftsman sits in an airpark with direct taxi access to the nearby airport—and we knew pretty quickly that simply showing the house and pointing toward the runway wasn't going to tell that story.

So we went flying.

We mounted a camera with the owner and followed the experience from the air—flying in, landing, taxiing through the neighborhood, and pulling right up to the house.

It turned what could have been another property tour into something much more experiential: a glimpse of what it might actually feel like to live here as a pilot.

And honestly, this one was just a ton of fun to make.

Not every home needs a big production to tell a good story. Sometimes it's about getting the little things right.

This beautifully maintained Tacoma home had a comfortable, welcoming feel that we wanted to carry through the entire presentation—from the quiet backyard and covered outdoor spaces to the thoughtful details inside.

For the film, we produced a custom voiceover and kept the storytelling simple, warm, and intentional—letting the home speak for itself while giving buyers a sense of what living here might actually feel like.

Really happy with how this one came together, and especially grateful to work with Anne Woll Smeester on another project. There's something pretty special about building these kinds of creative relationships with clients over time.

Some properties are easy to explain. This one wasn't.

160 Devereese is an unusually complex property—with multiple homes, extensive shop space, separate living spaces, multiple entrances, and an incredible range of possibilities.

A standard listing carousel simply couldn't tell the whole story.

So we built something specifically for it.

The centerpiece of the project is a purpose-built digital property presentation created from the ground up for this listing—not another templated property page, but a standalone experience designed to help buyers explore the property, understand how everything connects, and see the possibilities for themselves.

This is exactly the kind of project we love: taking something complex and finding a creative way to make it understandable, compelling, and memorable.

This was one of those shoots where we kept saying, "Wait... we have to film this too."

The mountain views were incredible. Then we wandered through the terraced gardens. Then came the outdoor living spaces. And finally, we opened the garage doors to one of the most impressive hobby garages we've had the opportunity to capture.

Perched atop more than 20 private acres, this custom barndominium isn't defined by just one feature—it's the combination of thoughtful craftsmanship, unforgettable scenery, and spaces designed for the way people actually live.
