Moya represented hundreds of disabled clients across the Southeast before the Social Security Administration for 3.5 years as a member of Eric Buchanan & Associates, PLLC. During that time, she also assisted in cases before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee on Social Security matters and in private long and short term disability matters against defendants such

as Unum and Cigna. Moya is a former Assistant State Attorney in the Office of the Miami-Dade County State Attorney, where she negotiated hundreds of plea agreements and completed a trial from voir dire to verdict. She is a new member of Crane, Lee, and Moya PLLC, and focuses on helping clients plan their estates for death and disability. She is a former Vice President of the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, and a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville College of Law. She is a Kolwyck Public Interest Fellow and practiced in the UTK Domestic Violence Clinic. She is also the founder of mock trial programs at Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, and Lee University in Cleveland Tennessee. Moya is a Chattanooga native who grew up attending Woodland Park Baptist Church, and is currently a member of a North Georgia congregation. She enjoys photography and spending time with her husband and two girls.
