The Journal provides a forum for examining contending legal, judicial, and political perspectives relating to the interaction of law and social policy. The Journal welcomes the submission of articles, essays, book reviews, and

notes that address topics within this range of issues.

It is a separate and independent organization which is responsible for and manages its own activities and affairs.
