This year we are all attending the NCJFCJ conference in Nashville. One of the sessions discussed what the biggest barriers are to ensuring fairness and access to justice for children. A room full of judges quickly responded with poverty and competent representation. That is why our firm and all attorneys who do this work are so vital to our child welfare system and juvenile court work.
