We will tell you if your problem is one that you can work out on your own, or whether you need a lawyer. We offer a free consultation to talk about your case, so that you can decide if you need to hire us. But note — this free consultation is NOT “free legal advice.” Our legal malpractice insurance carrier insists that before we give you any advice that you would rely on, you need to be a client.

We are happy to give you some advice to let you handle your own problems yourself, and the fee for that advice will almost surely be less than the cost of hiring an attorney to handle the matter entirely, but it is not free. If we get to this point, we’ll talk about what those fees will be. We work together, as a team, for our clients. We talk about our cases with each other, and bounce ideas around on how to get the best result for our clients.
