Another member success story!

"I bought an XBOX 1 bundle totaling about $600.00. Best Buy said I could return it within the next 14 days if I was not satisfied with my purchase. Four days later, I went to return my bundle and they said that the serial number of my Xbox 1 didn’t match with the receipt and they couldn’t take my return.

For an hour, we went back and forth on how this could possibly be a mistake! At the end, I left without making my return. I went home and vented to everyone I could possibly come in contact with.

I stopped and thought… why wouldn’t I just call my law firm and they can handle this situation for me? I consulted with my lawyer and they sent a letter on my behalf to the Best Buy store Manager.

Five days later, I got a call from the store manager apologizing for what went wrong and that it was their mistake, because the clerk scanned the wrong UPC merchandise during my transaction!

A day later I got my full refund, plus a $50.00 gift card and I didn’t pay a dime out of my pocket to use my law firm!
BOOM!!! Thank you LegalShield!"

School bullying story. One of our LegalShield members shared this bullying story recently. His son was being bullied by a group of boys here in a NC public school and he told his dad about it. So his dad went out to the school to report the incident to the proper authorities and they were reluctant to handle the issue. While like most dad's he made him very upset but while he was still in the office he called his lawfirm for advice. The lawfirm made a few requests of the school and started to pursue the matter. The great news was the school called to notify the parents that the ring leader of the bullying party was transferred to another school before the next school day. The power of a LegalShield membership at less than a dollar a day.

“Today, thanks largely to advice and assistance of LegalShield attorneys at law firms in three states, I received these legal documents which provide the answers to a legal mystery which started 21 years before LegalShield was founded.

In 1951 I was born in one state and given up for adoption. My adoption was done in another state and all records were sealed by both states. When both states opened records, I applied for my records in both states, only to be told by both that they did not have any records related to my birth.

During my sixth consultation, this time with an attorney with the law firm in my state of birth, after about 30 minutes on the phone, she mentioned an agency I had never heard of and asked me to stay on the line while she called them. A few minutes later she came back on the line with a woman at that agency. That woman provided me with the information I needed to finally track down these documents.

Only someone who was adopted and known nothing about their biological family can understand how much it means to get this information. All the attorneys took the time to listen to my concerns, ask questions and provide guidance.

Another satisfied member flexing their law muscle!!!💪👊Having access to an ATTORNEY changes EVERYTHING.😁😃

I went to Walmart automotive yesterday requesting a battery check. After waiting for the inspection for 15 minutes, the technician stated that the battery needed replacement and would be done under the warranty.🤗

5 minutes later, he returns, States that the battery cap was missing from the battery therefore voiding the warranty, and I needed to pay the full $119.00 cost!😲😠

I called the law firm on the spot in his presence, relating my experience to the receptionist all while on speaker mode, when all of a sudden, here comes a supervisor ( that I never asked for ) from out of nowhere stating to his cashier, ”charge this battery matter under warranty”!🙏🙏🙏

DSK LAW(Florida Provider Law Firm) receptionist meanwhile is waiting to assign a file number and get an attorney assigned, heard the whole thing, as did the customers at the cashier checkout!😆

Real Member Story: Mobile Phone Fraud:
“This past week a member called me after she tried to get help with AT&T's fraud dept for SIX iPhone X’s improperly put on her account. She'd received a bill for $1,920, couldn’t figure out why, couldn't pay that amount, and, after an AT&T fraud department agent determined the extra phones were added to their account online with her disabled husband’s authorization - which was not true - both hers and her husband's phones were turned off. The member was so upset and wanted to cancel her AT&T account but was told that to do so would cost her over $8,000, which she definitely didn't have. She called me to ask if her LegalShield and IDShield plans could help? I told her to call IDShield first, then contact her Provider Law Firm as well.
