The jury has spoken in the Kyle Rittenhouse case.
It was a textbook case of self defense.

The verdict was based upon legally admissible evidence, as challenged by professionals and scrutinized to the satisfaction beyond the reasonable doubt of 12 impartial jurors.

The case was hastily investigated, haplessly prosecuted and skillfully defended.

In the law of self defense, it does not matter a whit what type of weapon was used, what type of event the actors were at or whether “he had no business being there”.

Nor does it matter that the defendant was alleged to be a white supremacist, or a dirty cop, or a sexual predator or a drug trafficker or a murderer or a thief.
Everyone is entitled to a fair trial. The Constitution is not just for the popular kids.
