Dilworth is gorgeous. I love it. And I still put it in the overhyped tier. 🌳

There's a difference between a neighborhood being beautiful and a neighborhood being worth what you're currently being asked to pay for it. Dilworth has the tree canopy, the charm, the history, all of it. But beauty and value are two separate conversations, and at the price point buyers are entering right now, you need to ask harder questions before you fall in love with the aesthetic.
