Selling your Charlotte home on your own is genuinely possible. Here's what actually comes with it. 🏑

The pricing research. You'd be comparing your home to properties you've never walked through. We have walked through most of them and we understand what makes the difference between two seemingly identical listings.

The marketing. Writing the copy, sourcing the photography, building the launch plan, figuring out where your buyer is actually looking in Charlotte right now.

The call volume. Every inquiry, including the significant number that come from agents who want to pitch you, not buy from you.

The negotiation. Across the table from a trained agent who sells in this market every week and is very good at getting the best deal for their client. That client is not you.

The contract. For the first time. Under deadline.
