Big win for a great client!

This five-star review means the world — not just because it’s kind, but because it reflects what I strive for every day.

Commercial real estate can be a high-stakes, high-pressure world. From pricing strategies to advising on reinvestment options, these deals often represent some of the biggest financial decisions my clients will ever make. I don’t take that lightly.

This particular office condo had been sitting on the market for over a year. We came in, repositioned it with new marketing and outreach, and had it under contract in under 30 days. There were hurdles — 1031 timing, buyer fit, valuation challenges — but we worked through them together.

Had a great time out in Raleigh for a CRE golf event that turned into more of a networking adventure. Got to catch up with some sharp minds in the industry—including one of my favorite attorneys from Kaufman & Canoles—and met a lot of great folks from across North Carolina.

Our team ended up placing 4th out of a lot of groups, and somehow I dropped a couple of crazy putts. Definitely not the best golfer out there, but hey—work hard, putt harder.
