Logan recently joined the Harbor City Title Residential Team in a production capacity. She assists abstractors in locating prior policies and works with the team to deliver final policies to buyers and lenders. Logan is also a college student, working to obtain her business degree at Stanly Community College.

We want to introduce you to Feeding Charlotte, a wonderful local non-profit that Harbor City Title is honored to partner with beginning in 2026.

Feeding Charlotte’s mission is to “rescue food” from restaurants and organizations that would otherwise become waste, and get it in the hands and mouths of people who need it the most in our community.

Brad, Lisa and Summer had the privilege of participating in their annual food packing event, Feeding Charlotte Feeds 2026, where we packed over 5000 boxed lunches.
