We are so very proud to announce that our own Deb Dilman was the very first recipient of the Harmony Award! Established by the Dispute Resolution Council, the award recognizes a member who has provided significant pro bono service, contributed to the dispute resolution field through volunteerism and leadership, and participated in general civic, community, and charitable efforts. In addition to her work as a mediator and collaborative attorney, Deb is extremely generous with her time and efforts, giving her time to the 4All Campaign, participating on a panel discussion at her law school, and speaking at the NALS paralegal conference, just in the last two weeks alone! We are endlessly proud of her efforts to leave a legacy as a peacemaker!
