"How's the real estate market?" It's the question us Realtors always get. I was writing some copy for the upcoming Frantilla and Huss - Realtors at Allen Tate Ballantyne newsletter and thought I would go ahead and give you and advance look. For the Charlotte Region – closed sales up 5.5%, median sale price up 9.8%, average days on market 38 and the average months supply of inventory is 0.8 (that is not a typo, it is less than a month). David and Julie helped us sell our home during a slow market. We put the house on the market in December and it did not sell for almost a year. We had to move in September the following year and David remained encouraging through out this period. Julie was extremely helpful in staging the home and after we moved away, was the "go to" person when every anything had to be done.
