Lets get " real" for just a moment. We all know real estate has changed drastically over the last two years. In all honesty you can look at patterns of the market and real estate and see, that is not earth shattering. You can also see that if you need to sell for whatever reason. Your sell price is still very high and as of right now over, last year at this time, you have 50% less competition.
