Congratulations to Rocky Cabagnot!
Welcome, attorney Rocky M. Cabagnot, Hull & Chandler, P.A., to the !
While new to the M&A space, Rocky M. Cabagnot, a Partner at Charlotte-based law firm Hull & Chandler, has been practicing law for almost twenty-five years. While primarily known in the Charlotte area for his work on behalf of nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations, he has really enjoyed assisting with numerous mergers and acquisition deals under Managing Partner Nathan Hull.
Rocky considers himself ‘pro deal’ and “client-centered.’ He derives a sense of satisfaction in helping business clients reach goals such as acquiring their first business or helping sellers exit their business with dignity.
Rocky is a proud graduate of Salisbury High School (NC), UNC Chapel Hill (undergrad), and the University of Florida (law). Outside of work, Rocky enjoys time with his wife Leslie, their son Danny, and is active with Rotary International and the Knights of Columbus.
