Rasheda Jiles Sanders, originally from Apex, North Carolina, has resided in Charlotte, North Carolina for the past 13 years.
Attorney Sanders holds a Bachelors of Arts degree from North Carolina Central University, where she graduated with Honors. She then went on to pursue her Juris Doctor at The University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law, and graduated 3rd in her class. Additionally, she was the Executive Notes Editor of the Law Review and received outstanding service awards in both the Community Development and HIV/AIDS Advocacy Clinics.
Attorney Sanders continued to further her education, and holds a Master of Law degree from The George Washington University School of Law.
With over 15 years of service to the Legal community, Attorney Sanders established The Sanders Law Firm in 2007. The Sanders Law Firm seeks to provide excellent legal representation to underrepresented communities. The firm embodies the following core values: Passionate Representation. Pursuing Justice. Attorney Sanders is also very active in her church and participates as an advocate in areas ranging from Kidney Disease awareness through the National Kidney Foundation to volunteering as a tutor with Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools. She was recognized as a “40 under 40” Honoree in 2016.
Motivated by Jeremiah 1:5, Attorney Sanders seeks to fulfill the plans God has for her life. Attorney Sanders is married to Mark Sanders, a former football coach and native Charlottean. They have two children Mark Jr. and Mackenzy.
