Big congratulations to my buyers on closing on their dream home at 2320 Jade Lane in Fort Mill, SC!

SOLD!! It's a fresh new start for my sellers and we couldn't be happier. Moving is challenging, especially when you're trying to downsize. Let's face it, the knees stop working right, then the hips...and before you know it, those stairs are starting to become a barrier. We were able to score multiple offers, a CASH sale and transition my sellers to their new single-story home. That's what I call a perfectly happy ending!

Friends, This architecturally relevant MCM took over a year to complete renovations... from a series of mishaps including the water and sewer lines being ripped out and needing to be retapped and replaced all the way to the street, to having our crew slowly dwindle (and one died--not on the property of course!), to having a tree blow over in a storm and crush the neighboring house. But it's finally removed, regraded, and staging was completed by the fabulous TNT Staging. Thanks to Vince Debutante for his incredible patience with the hard money. Hey! It made you some extra interest!! We are so grateful for your faith in us.

Let me tell you...flipping historic homes is a TRUE labor of love. It's not easy. There are so many unexpected issues. But she's buttoned up and gorgeous. We replaced or repaired what needed for today's buyer while still keeping as much of the original lighting and features as possible.
