The sector is benefiting from increased demand for affordable housing as well as changing demographics and lifestyle preferences. MHCs are viewed as a viable option for affordable housing as traditional housing becomes more expensive. Despite regulatory challenges and potential interest rate increases, the MHC sector remains resilient, making many investors optimistic about the future growth potential of the MHC sector.
