The longer I’m in this business, the more I realize that success has very little to do with luck and everything to do with mindset, consistency, and how you treat people along the way.

Behind every showing, closing, late night email, and all of the phone calls are four kids patiently waiting for me to unplug. The patience they have with me through the busy seasons of my career is something I never take for granted. They are the reason behind every long day, every early morning, and every bit of hard work.
