September Recap:
1. Charleston welcomed cooler days and mild temps with arm’s wide open!! The American Theatre says what we’re all thinking!
2. Under contract on Seabrook!!! We helped our past clients parents find a second home in Charleston. They wanted beach, amenities, & fun for the whole crew. We said, “Great, we know just the place!”
3. Gunnar’s Adluh project in Old Mount Pleasant is coming right along! Pool, tile, and landscaping all went in.
4. Chelsea pulled a fast one on us and snuck away to Italy for a week.
5. Bennett fully embraces “local’s summer” here in Charleston.
6. CLOSED! This stunning home on James Island! She’ll be remodeled and brought back to market in about six months — and of course, we’ll be sharing the whole journey with you.
7. We always love a showing on our island listing! She’s still for sale, in case anyone’s in the market for their very own private island.
8. More giggles with George. Tbh, he looks so much like Gunnar, I can’t help but giggle when I’m with him.
9. And the biggest news in the Heidt family: the Skelly setup officially happened in September. Bennett hasn’t missed a single show! He’s a skelly head.
