We’re looking for a full-time attorney to work on prisoner rights & civil rights cases, including:
🔹 Conditions of confinement
🔹 Excessive force claims
🔹 Rights of the unhoused
🔹 Disability discrimination

Work includes individual cases, impact & class litigation, and appeals.

📍 Based in Morgantown or Charleston, WV (preference for Morgantown)

🎓 The Clifford-Cleckley Fellowship will be awarded to up to two students from high school, college, or graduate programs who identify as Black, Indigenous, or other people of color.
💡 We’re looking for self-directed, energetic individuals who are passionate about advancing social justice and contributing to an inclusive, respectful community. Life experiences, academic excellence, and a commitment to social change are strongly valued.
