Dana was born and raised in Montgomery County, MD. She moved to West Virginia in 2007 to attend Shepherd University, where she obtained her BSN. She has worked as an ICU nurse at Winchester Medical Center for the past 12 years. Since then, she has continued her education and graduated with an MSN and an MBA. Dana’s years in nursing were valuable as they gave her the skills and compassion to navigate the emotional side of real estate transactions. She understands the importance of patience, empathy, and active listening when working with clients. Ben and Dana first met in 2010 and were married in May of 2013. They welcomed their first son in August of 2015 and then adopted their youngest son in May of 2022 after fostering him for a year. They both say they cannot wait to grow up and help Mom and Dad sell houses! Ben started his real estate career in February of 2019 and Dana in February of 2021. Since then, they successfully closed over 100 transactions, earning multiple production and quality service awards. In April of 2023, they decided to pursue a new career opportunity by joining Samson Properties and creating the Ashlock Home Team. Their combined backgrounds and experience allow them to provide top-notch service to their clients. They are constantly attending training sessions to ensure they are up to date with the latest real estate technologies and the ever-changing real estate market. Their business focuses on honesty, integrity, and treating everyone equally and respectfully.
