On March 1, 2026, the data collection and reporting requirements under the FinCEN new AML Rule will go into effect.

When does it apply?

☑️Residential properties (including vacant land if purchaser intends to build)
☑️Purchaser is an entity or a trust
☑️No traditional mortgage - cash, seller financing, private lender, hard-money lenders
☑️No-Cost Transfers

What does this mean for your clients?

🟢Briel PC will take care of obtaining the necessary information from sellers and purchasers to complete the FinCEN requirement

🚫Transactions cannot proceed to closing without the required information to comply with the Federal Rule.
