I am a West Virginia licensed attorney and the owner of Amore Law, PLLC, based in Charles Town, West Virginia. My practice is focused on assisting consumers by protecting their assets, advancing their legal claims and helping them to avoid the harsh and often debilitating consequences of debt. I also handle a wide range of consumer related cases advancing clients’ claims pursuant to the West Virginia Consumer Credit and Protection Act, the Fair Debt Collection Procedures Act; Credit Repair Organizations Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. My strongest desire is to provide the highest quality representation that is catered to each client’s needs.
