Born in Syracuse, New York, my journey into real estate began in early 1976 at the age of 26 after serving three years in the U.S. In 1978 and 1979, I received the prestigious CENTURY 21 Million Dollar Club award. During this time, I attended all the big name sales trainers including but not limited to Tom Hopkins, Cavet Roberts, Floyd Wickman, Joseph Todd, Roger Butcher and J
im Rohn. These seminars helped me achieve and maintain my top producer status. Deciding real estate would be my career, I obtained my California Broker’s license in 1984. Loving my career but unhappy with ownership and management, I obtained my Designated Broker’s license and along with six associates purchased the office and changed the name to CENTURY 21 Golden Rule Realty. Over the next 5 years, I bought out each partner and became the sole owner. In 1989, I sold the franchise and retired to the river in Parker, Arizona. To keep busy during my retirement, I purchased a convenience store that sold gasoline and sundries to the river/party crowd. A personal issue necessitated a move to the Phoenix area and this was when I decided to make Chandler my home. After practicing real estate in and around Phoenix as an Associate Broker, I finally landed at CENTURY 21 Desert Palm in October 1997. In February 1999, I accepted the responsibilities of Designated Broker. Since becoming licensed in Arizona, I have continually been a member of the National Association of Realtors a, Arizona Association of Realtors® and the Southeast Valley Association of Realtors®(SEVRAR). In 2008 came the hard down turn in Real Estate and as owner, I sold the office to Century 21 All-Star Realtors where I remained for three years as Associate Broker, until 2012, where I became Associate Broker and nights and week end manager for Century 21 Platinum Real Estate, where I am presently at. I’ve attended and received certification from Hyland Bay for the New Homes Sales Unlimited program and am a Designated Nehemiah Specialist. Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors® has awarded me the Million Dollar Producers Club award for 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 and 2014. I have also consistently been a member of the CENTURY 21 Multi Million Dollar Club since 2000. From 2002 through 2003, I served on the SEVRAR Grievance Committee. I sat on the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors® Board of Directors for the 2004-2005 term. When you think of a house, think of Bob Krause.
