I shot this photo in 2017 when I first started in real estate... to this day, I have never seen a rocket lister or any other photographer shoot a photo this good. I didn't even know what I was doing at that time.. was my sensi. I still shoot photos, but they aren't as cheap, and they aren't as fast, but they are 100 times better and will sell your listing 100 times faster. Because I am a realtor, I know what people are looking for, and I know how to tag the photos so they show up on more than just the mls. Photos shouldn't be fast. Get them done so I can get the listing listed as fast as possible. Photos should be utilized forever in your portfolio, and you should want the best photos in there. Tagging photos with your information comes into play when people are looking for houses near the area. Your photo will come up on Google. Anyways ... I could go on and on. Pay for what you want don't pay less and expect the best. This is why people come to me to list their homes and buy homes because I utilize technology to get me deals and to sell my deals. I have an ai that helps buyers find the home they are looking for just by a description. I also have one for marketing listings. My homes sell for the most because I take the time personally and do the work myself.
